The duplex apartment was super clean and had a lovely terrace for morning coffee. It's in a vibrant area full of cafes and restaurants, yet quiet enough at night to keep the windows open. Renovated rooms are great! It’s just a short walk to attractions like Elbphilharmonie!
Everything was just perfect.

missingWrote a review on Sept 15
The apartments are spacious with well-equipped kitchenettes, perfect for meal prep. I appreciated that the location had several good restaurants and a supermarket just steps away, making my stay convenient for both dining and stocking up on essentials.
The self check-in process was a hassle, particularly without clear instructions for late arrivals, and the entrance could be tricky to navigate when it's raining. Noise from nearby restaurants disturbed my sleep at times, and I found the absence of air conditioning uncomfortable during warmer nights. While the apartment was generally clean, I noticed areas that could use a thorough cleaning, especially since the room wasn’t serviced daily without extra charges. The furniture layout in the living area was less than optimal, not providing the best flow for moving around whilst staying there.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort
The location is perfect, it gives you access to local attractions and tons of late-night eateries. The little balcony we had was great, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still acceptable for the experience.

The maisonette apartment offered a spacious and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. Proximity to local attractions and a quiet street with various dining options enhanced the experience significantly. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for easy meal preparation. self-service check-in might pose challenges for those unfamiliar with it, and the potential for street noise can be a drawback for lighter sleepers. be mindful that the REWE supermarket is closed on Sundays, which could affect plans for stocking up on essentials.

Had a blast staying in the spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen! The peaceful garden area was a perfect escape for relaxing afternoons while enjoying a cup of coffee outside. The only hiccup was needing to rely on an app for some info instead of having it on paper, but it didn’t spoil the fun. 😊

The apartment was well-equipped and ideal for our family stay, with laundry facilities available and a supermarket just seconds away for easy restocking of food and beverages.
While the self-check-in system was convenient, it could be frustrating at times, especially when I arrived during rainy weather and had difficulty opening the main entrance.
